Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service are currently provided in English only.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Printly website and platform. By using Printly, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Printly on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Printly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Printly provides an online platform for packaging and print factories to manage quoting, design approval, production, communication, invoicing, and related workflows. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

3. Accounts and registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the conduct of users you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Printly. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and terms agreed with you. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

7. Intellectual property

Printly, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Printly operates. For any questions about these Terms, email us at hello@printly.io.
